Delete your account

You can permanently delete your UniStep account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open UniStep and go to your Profile tab.
2. Scroll to Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate and final.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address on your account at support@unistep.app with the subject “Delete my UniStep account”. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and study preferences
• Your applications and every uploaded document
• Your messages with our support/counselling team
• Your notifications and push tokens

This action cannot be undone. We may retain a limited set of records only where required to comply with legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
